I've been here several times and have always had top notch service. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They always do great work at a very reasonable price. I would always rather come here than a dealership for the services they offer. Thank you all for great service!

had a tire replacement/balance done here a while ago on a BMW. after the service, I tried to remove my tires during an oil change and needed a large breaker bar and all my strength to remove my lug nuts. the technician must have applied at least 300-500 ftlbs to each lug. not only were lug nuts excessively tightened, one of them was cross threaded... it really takes an extraordinary amount of negligence to cross thread a lug nut. on top of that, when I returned to complain about my now ruined wheel hub and asked about compensation, they blew it off like it wasn't a big deal and it was only a 20 minute inconvenience to me. mind you I probably spent an hour waiting for them to rethread my lug on top of the fact that I had to make another trip to their shop. also no, I was never compensated for their severe negligence. after their "fix" it still doesn't thread right... avoid this establishment at all costs

I had an appointment to get my oil changed because last the week before I got 4 brand new tires and the front. Wheel, allow me well at the time. I didn't need the oil change, so I said. I'll call back and make an appointment so I did so last Thursday. I made the appointment for 5 o'clock now. Typically, on what change takes. I must say 30 minutes at the most. Okay, my work hot, the 2000 Toyota Corolla. I kept looking and looking this after 6 o'clock and my car still back there and I asked the guy at the front that he saw he's draining the ore. Well, when I looked at when I'm looking at the door after I went to the bathroom, nobody was around. So I guess he was draining the oil and then he stepped away. But my thing is, when you make an appointment, that's the purpose of me making the appointment where I don't have to wait and I shouldn'tIt wasn't nobody else in there, but me and another gentleman. So it shouldn't have been that long before.Oil change, so y'all need to do better for your customers. That makes an appointment and i've been coming to tie our discount for a long time.If you look me up, how long i've been coming with all of my cars.I have three cars on there 43 cars. For tires and everything. And that's not good customer service to me

Good folks that have good stuff at pretty good prices
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
