  09-26-25 We stopped in while camping in the area to get our regular 5K oil-filter change and maintenance done for our 2023 Titan. The service department staff was exceptional in every way and were very polite and sincere with their approach to getting our service done the right way...I recommend them to everyone! EXTRA NOTE OF THANKS TO/FOR JOSEPH - Dealer Tire representative that helped us with our toy hauler-camper conversion trailer problem. We were backing out of the lot and I didn't realize that I'd forgot to take off the tire chocks and one slipped out and tore our trailer brake wires loose. Joseph was leaving for his lunch break but stopped by to offer his help...his help turned into him doing all the work and reconnecting all the wires and getting us back on the road to our campground. Without his help, our trip would have probably been over since we weren't from that area and had no idea on how to find someone to do the repairs. Thanks again to Nissan of Cookeville for a great service experience and to Joseph (Dealer Tire representative) for helping to save our trip...it's proof that the world is still full of really good/caring people!

  Regarding tie rod recall completed on September 26, 2025 at Nissan of Cookeville. Gunnar X Gray was our Service Advisor. He deserves recognition for being extremely courteous and professional. The waiting area was amazing. We appreciated the help yourself beverage and food items ranging from Starbucks coffee to Coca-Cola sodas along with salty and sweet snacks while enjoying watching TV. Also, the restrooms were extremely clean. I would definitely buy another Nissan here in the future just because this dealership is so kind to its customers. Thank you Gunnar X Gray and Nissan of Cookeville.

  Excellent dealership, was a no pressure place, several individuals went above and beyond, gunner in the service department, Issac the salesman and Stephanie in the finance department. The only criticism I have is that they didn't give me the value on my trade in that I expected from my research on kelly blue book. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

  I have a child that is attending TTU, and I can't be there everytime something goes wrong with their car. Nissan of Cookeville has now helped me with a couple of different service concerns in the last few months. Having a relationship with a dealership that I can trust is worth it's weight in gold. No parent wants their child to be stranded and worried about the quality of the service center repairing their child's car. Hollie has been great to work with and does a terrific job with scheduling, keeping me informed, and most importantly helping to maintain my piece of mind that the repair was performed correctly and I don't have to worry about my child being stranded. I highly recommend Nissan of Cookeville.

  My 2025 Nissan Kicks had to be serviced with an AC issue within a month of purchasing the vehicle. As this was frustrating with the manufacturer however the service department at Nissan of Cookeville TN was outstanding! I worked with Eli of the service department who was friendly, cooperative, trustworthy and knowledgeable in how to handle customers and their concerns. He provided me with biweekly updates on the status of estimated part deliveries and was reliable to get back to me when I had questions. If you have a vehicle that needs to be serviced, I highly recommended working with Eli and the service department of Nissan Cookeville TN
