He was so kind and patient with me while explaining that is not a service offered by Glide. But he then kind of 'owned' my disappointment and offered me a solution that was beyond what I had thought possible. Eric is a valuable asset to Glide Xpress. I can not thank him enough for going out of his way to help me - he is a treasure!
