  I used to be a steady customer when this location first opened. Then, every time I came through, the place was an absolute wreck.. trash everywhere, no towels ever. So, I cancelled my membership. Lately Ives started going back and I have been impressed with the turn around. The staff is friendly again and the lot is clean and stocked. I’ll be renewing a membership soon.

  I had such a great experience at the car wash thanks to Luke! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked spotless. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but Luke clearly does — he paid attention to every detail and made sure I left completely satisfied. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. If you stop by, definitely ask for Luke — he’ll make sure your car shines and you leave with a smile!

  I selected the highest level membership wash and have been left with awful spot marks that I can’t wash off and a film on my windows that causes an awful glare when the light is bright. I’ve spoken in person, on the phone and online and was told they would follow up, I’ve contacted them several times … it’s been over a month with no follow up and no solution. The customer service is terrible. This was a brand new car so I know I had none of these issues before and I’ve been using glide for about 2 months. It seems to be getting worse each time I go. I’ve downgraded to the lowest level to see if it has anything to do with the ceramic finish. So disappointed; I love the concept, the vacuums and the towels to dry off. If you care about your car finish and paint work - go with caution… update - almost 2 months later I did receive a text message from a manager who has provided me with a solution for us to try.

  I stopped by Glide Xpress in Collierville and walked away impressed. The staff greeted me with a smile and got me set up fast. The wash was smooth, quick, and spotless. No streaks. No missed spots. The vacuums worked great and the whole place felt clean and organized. That matters to me because it shows they care about quality. My car came out shining and even a friend commented on how good it looked. We liked it so much I bought the monthly membership on the spot. They even gave me a 20% military discount, which was a big bonus. If you want a car wash that’s fast, friendly, and does the job right, Glide Xpress is the place to go.

  The first and second wash didn’t remove all the bugs but the diamond wash did better but there’s still some bugs stuck on the front of my car but my rims look great. Shoutout to Eric, he’s a great customer service professional. He was the only employee to go over ALL the different amenities there with me. He deserves credit for going above and beyond what any other employee has done up until that point.i wish the girl there would have told me about the free car wash before I purchased my membership. Honestly Eric, is the reason I’m giving 5 stars otherwise I would have given a 3 star review. Simply due to the fact, I believe they should tell you about all the amenities, especially when you're buying a membership.
