Jessica in the service department was top notch. We unfortunately needed a new roof on our camper, and after many calls we got ahold of Jessica here at camping world. She was able to quickly provide a quote over the phone (which our final invoice was $200 less than her high end of the quote.) We dropped the camper off on Tuesday evening, and had a text on Friday morning that it was ready. When I came to pick up the camper, Jessica and her team were happy to accommodate my request for a ladder so I could see the new roof. The workmanship looks top tier. To top it off, they vacuumed the inside of the trailer and washed the exterior. Tire shine was a nice touch! I did not get the pleasure to meet the technician who did this job, but I hope someone lets them see this as well. To the technician: Thank you!

We are very satisfied with our service experience. I needed a couple things from our camper while it was still being serviced, Taylor and a couple others were extremely helpful. Drop off and pickup was so easy too!

Very helpful. They answered my questions and helped me find the part I needed. They also matched the price online which was lower than in the store.

Im not happy. I have had my RV serviced at the Chattanooga location only since buying it. I will list the issues I've had with the service department with the most egregious first that I found. My issues are with the actual work done and when I made a complaint in the past the service manager was most rude. And corporate never followed up on my complaint just pushed me back to the location mgmt. I'm a disabled veteran and have difficulty doing my own maintenance and inspecting work done if I have to remove panels to check what was done.  Nonetheless I have had to lately as I no longer trust that the Chattanooga service center is doing quality work. First is the biggest safety issue. Several months ago I had an electric transfer box that the generator/store power etc had a burnout of one of the lines. I had to stay in a hotel for several days while a new box was ordered and installed. Last week, as I looked for a water leak (more on that in a moment)  I removed the panels in the storage area under my 5th wheel.  The electrical system has another short, so the underlying problem was never addressed. Addionally the new box was never installed properly and the safety cover of the current/old box left in the bilge of the rv.  For the last several months the box has been exposed.   I have not touched this system yet.  I fear for my family having used the rv many weeks since that maintenance. Second.  The service center was paid when I purchased the rv to install a washer/dryer.   It leaked almost immediately.  I took it into the shop several times.  The service manager insisted it was fixed and no longer leaking and replaced the wood that was damaged but layer I found it to be superficial.  I noticed my subfloor warping and water damage along the bed and the previous wood that was replaced showed water damage again.   I started the process of hunting down the leak.   I took the washer and dryer out.   I could see the previous repair attempt and an new cutout to access.   I found it was the drain pipe leaking at an elbow due to poor installation. Additionally the trap was plumbed higher than vacuum break and with a very short standpipe, bad installation.  It leaked under the support 2x4s, under the closet door track.  Under the bed and under the linoleum.   Found a way under to the rv storage pass through. When given this information I was told they found no leaks and despite several other visits when I complained they did not inspect the leak or even record the request. So now say I never asked bc it's not in the system. We'll guess what, I have the texts from the service desk stating they did! I have since replumbed the drain pipe and removed the damaged wood around the washer and the panels in the pass thru.  The subfloor warp and bed area are still damaged as I don't have the ability to do the work myself.   Attached are pictures.  I cant believe this was ignored despite my many times trying to get resolution and then it was just covered up and the source not fixed.   This caused mold growth and severe damage. Additionally I found that the bathroom shower tracks were never caulked causing a leak underneath to damage the sink cabinet. Previous repair to the valve manifold for water was also dripping in several spots that I repaired.  That was supposedly fixed at the service center and was not. I've had to spend over $1,000 in materials so far and there are still fixes the most serious being the electrical and water damage/mold I am not willing to let the service center touch my RV ever again and I call into question any work that I have paid for including a supposed hole in the roof membrane that I had inspected before taking to the shop and there was no hole. I strongly suspect that it was put there maybe gravel in a worker's shoe during inspection that they did not take responsibility for. I am meticulous with sweeping and inspecting my roof before every move and since the roof repair every time I take it to the shop I take a video of the roof membrane after I pull into the parking lot.
