I went to camping world to purchase a camper and got a used one and wasn’t happen with it so returned it 3 days later and I was charged 27000 and they only gave me 11000 towards brand new one. They had told me they would take off a lot of extras to eat the negative and that was a joke. Needless to say I only had camper for a couple months and had to leave Tennessee and asked them what they would suggest and they told me they have a great turnaround with consignment and would be able to sell usually within 20 days and could at least get close to 30,000 which when all said and done I paid close to 50,000 but was willing to take loss. Then when they didn’t sell it they said they would give me 18,000 for it and this camper had never been used. No toilet, no shower all tags still hanging on it so I was like no way I can’t take that big of loss. So I drove to Tennessee to pick up and there were things that were not working, like battery completely dead and I’m not sure how if they had it up for consignment they said it was plugged in. I just don’t know how they can get away with burning people but again I will never recommend going to camping world for rv purchases

Brendon took my info and went to work. They had received a trade in earlier that morning. One time deal. And I happened to be there. These guys are So Awesome. So they hooked me up w/ a 28 ft 5th wheel. Was a trade in but in perfect condition. Half price, half down payment, and delivery to site. For me, this don't happen. But that day, everything fell into place. NO hassle, No pressure. It happened so Easy I didn't realize it happened till half way home. Camping World was Excellent, and I will recommend Highly... Thank You Camping World.

He took us to the models we were interested in as well as some new models that were similar. Joey listened to us and made suggestions without trying to pressure us. He was very knowledgeable on the wide variety of units we looked at and if there was something he was not sure about, he got the answer right away. Once we decided on the model, we met Robbie Andrews to go over the financing and and options available. Again, he was knowledgeable and professional. We got exactly what we needed for our camper. Before we left we met Melissa and got the accessories we purchased as well as the door prized we won. We left feeling great about the purchase. I recommend going to see these folks.

Even though we ended up getting denied, she still treated us with so much care, respect, and patience throughout the whole process and we decided to buy something in cash, she was still on the hunt for us to find something reliable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and loves what she does. If I could rate her higher than a 5, I absolutely would! Thank you, Shelby, for going the extra mile for us.
- DPDL PayneOct 28, 20251.0LESS THAN A ONE STAR!!!!!! After the salesperson agreed to and confirmed he can make this decision on the agreed upon sale price of 135,000 plus TT&L, paying cash BTW, his sales manager told me they will not do this deal. After informing the manager that his salesperson agreed, accepted and confirmed my offer, I was confused as to his action. The sales manager said his salesperson did not say he will accept my offer, by that he was accusing me of being a Lier. They told me to leave! Two hours later another sales manager (Johnny Brooks) called to smooth things over, saying he would lower the price $2,500, which was 1/2 the difference. The first sales manager had let me walk for $5,000 and didn't even try to negotiate with me, just told me to leave. At this point we were 120 miles away heading home with a very bad experience about Camping World, as we were warned by countless friends not to go to camping world, they will screw you over if they get a chance. Well, they really lived up to their reputation that day. My wife and I made the decision after that call from Johnny Brooks (who was going to call us back and never did), that we would not buy a motor coach from anyone at this point. Camping world has completely ruined our hopes and dreams of travelling the US in our Class A motor coach with our two puppies. I'm sure this will not create any action as Camping World is owned by a big corporation, and they will keep treating good honest folks like crap then go joke about it.
