And then tried to sell me another camper for $32,000. And it was listed on camping world website for $21,000.00... telling me that everything that they would include including a sewer pipe. The one I looked at didn't even have a bathroom. Make sure you read the fine print. They will Jack the price up and sell you stuff you don't need. Second experience with camping world.not good...never again

We called on Wednesday to check the status and the service person said he needed to check and would call us right back. Hours later we called again and it wasn’t even ordered, my husband was upset and then it was ordered but they wouldn’t know when the part would arrive. So the whole week reserved with full hook-ups has meant showering at the campground and boiling water to do dishes. Unfortunately no one cares about customer service any longer.

I would like to commend Tristan, the salesperson who assisted us, for his professionalism, knowledge, and courteous service. He made the purchasing process smooth and positive, and based on our experience with him, we would recommend Camping World Chattanooga. Regrettably, the delivery company recommended by Camping World, Nooga Transport LLC, did not meet professional standards. The individual we interacted with, Ashley, was rude and unprofessional in her communication. The camper was not delivered as expected and was left at the bottom of our driveway, despite full payment being taken for the delivery service. When my husband contacted her later to address the incomplete delivery, the conversation became argumentative. During that exchange, she stated she would return and take the camper, which was alarming and wholly inappropriate. While we are satisfied with our purchase and the service received from Camping World and Tristan, we are deeply disappointed that Nooga Transport LLC was recommended to transport our camper. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this transport company.
- TPTamara ParadiseDec 18, 20251.0First time camper buyer here and I've learned a lesson the hard way I didn't qualify for much and I knew I wouldn't but I was okay with that but when the camper came in the person I was working with was all too excited telling me this had everything I needed well at first glance I'm thinking okay I can do this and then they had an inspection or so they said and I felt something in the floor and I asked them about it cuz allegedly they had inspected the camper now the catch was it was sold as is but they again supposedly did an inspection I asked him about what I felt on the floor and he says that it was like a little bit of an overcut that it really wasn't a hole and everything was solid he done checked it all okay first mistake believing them okay second mistake they gave me two keys one key does not belong to this camper at all one key opens the door and no key to the pouches on the side all all the storage unit are left open all the time I've already been robbed twice another thing the pull out sleeper on the back it's bowed out from underneath water damage you can smell the water damage in the floor now I have lights that don't work I have switches that don't work I got played hard and my biggest mistake was trusting them the guy who did this so-called inspection looked me in the face standing with the person the sales lady that was with me and said that he checked it all and it was okay and at this camper was an excellent shape no it's not it is in bad shape This was meant for children and me who needed rescued out of a bad situation I understand there were going to be some imperfections but not to this magnitude these people have hurt me and my kids innocence I've had food stolen out the back Locker because I don't have a key I have a valve on the black water tank that's not there at all I have an outdoor mini kitchen here and it doesn't work I have an oven that they said that they had checked and said that it works and it doesn't work I will never go back to Camping World again I am in process of rebuilding my credit like I said we came out of a really bad situation so I was a little desperate and anxious to believe someone I won't make that mistake again this Camping World looked me in the face and lied to me and now there are things broken on this camper that right now I can't afford to fix at all I do not recommend and if you do go make sure you know what you're doing I should have went to the other person to the other company and I went against my better judgment and this is what I got sorry this review was so long but I wanted people to know exactly why I was giving them the review that I did
