First question who was going to sleep in my camper. I told him let's go look at the campers and its none of your business. Conclusion they want to collect information on you and harass you. I will never buy anything from Camping World

- JMJeremy MercadoNov 6, 20251.0Worse experience I’ve ever had with this company. First off I would like to preface I had decided to go with consignment to sell my camper. The process of setting up consignment wasn’t terrible, straightforward and standard when selling anything. However, the communication and the service afterwards were god awful. As the months started getting colder I went to winterize it myself cause I wasn’t paying the $200 fee for them to do it and the service manager gave me a hard time about it and gave attitude to me saying he could do it and when I stood my ground on it he stormed off muttering under his breath. Second, when my consignment contract was coming close to an end I had asked for an update on what was going on. I spoke with Danny who is the “consignment manager” he said they would lower the price to try to sell the unit and if not we could negotiate a cash offer. He had told me during the call what the initial offer would be and we could work from there. Fast forward two weeks, I speak with Danny again, said we couldn’t get a buyer and it was time for a cash offer. He came up with a number significantly lower than previously discussed two weeks prior, when I reminded him about the previous call he immediately got defensive and rude saying he never said that, said I was a liar and that I shouldn’t fabricate stories. Talked to me as if I was the lowest form of scum around. When I called the actual dealership to speak with the GM about this encounter to try to get clarification, it’s as if my word was worthless and this so called consignment manager could do or say no wrong and that I was wrong for even trying to state our previous conversation saying that our conversation never happened and I have never spoken to anyone from consignment. Again overall the worse experience and it’s a joke that these people talk to their customer base this way and i should’ve known better after hearing others horror stories when dealing with this business.

Then I got a small trailer from here, and the pipe underneath the shower wasn't hooked up, so I got completely flooded trailer DAY 1. Which probably took 5-10 years off the life of the trailer due to water damage. Don't believe the sign that says you can call the CEO with a pic of him "I talk to all customers if your not happy". We tried that no answer, no call back. We just got a corny manipulative voicemail.
