Beth will start yelling at you on the phone and tell you to stop interrupting her when she was the one trying to interrupt! Beth should not be in customer service! They will just send a customer to collections when they never tried finding the owner of a vehicle they towed in December and wait until the storage fee is $10,000. It's not hard to google a persons name and find an address!!

Nothing on my truck was damaged, nothing was stolen, it only costed 277$ after all day yesterday and the tow fee. it’s never easy coming out of work to your truck being gone, but I called the PD then Eastgate to find my truck, These people had it in their lot. I was upset when I found out they closed at 5pm and opened at 8:30 because I work 7:45 to 5:15, but I got that figured out. I went there this morning and got my truck. The dispatcher was super nice and was making jokes with me, super kind and helpful even unlocked the gate for me to drive out
