Now the owner said because I called on a weekend to the son on duty I’m harassing them and he’s going to add on hundreds of dollars. There family was on a conference call to me and swore. The son said I could send an authorization by email to let my dad pick up the car. Then the dad said he wouldn’t let him. This is the worst nightmare. They said they would report me to police.

You guys are a horrible tow company, worst customer service ive ever experienced as well. I will make sure to let everyone I know how much you guys suck!

Beth will start yelling at you on the phone and tell you to stop interrupting her when she was the one trying to interrupt! Beth should not be in customer service! They will just send a customer to collections when they never tried finding the owner of a vehicle they towed in December and wait until the storage fee is $10,000. It's not hard to google a persons name and find an address!!
