  My wife and I came to Spartanburg Camping World and had a truly awesome experience. Chris Howard was our sales guy and he was an amazing person to work with and he did not pressure us or make us feel cornered in any way. He went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with what we were getting into. Kenneth and Joshua in service/parts did a good job coordinating stuff that needed to be done to make sure our tow vehicle and camper were a good match for each other. Pat in the store section did a great job showing us things that were necessary for our setup. Everyone there did a great job and we got a really good deal with financing and we are really pleased. Great job Spartanburg Camping World and keep up the good work.

  I'll be there first to admit that I have always wanted a camper, but was always intimidated at the fact that I knew absolutely nothing about rv's. I went into camping world not really knowing what to expect, but after talking with Chris Howard, I felt a lot better about everything. Chris had a lot of knowledge about every camper we wanted to look at, what i needed, how everything worked, and perks that camping world offered. I may still be learning about the camping world, but I do know great customer service when I see it. Thank you Chris and the staff at camping world for helping me with my next adventure!

  We spent nearly 2 years talking about and looking at RVs before buying one. Over those two years, we were told multiple times to not buy at CW as they are only there for the sale and their service was awful. We stopped in 3 different CWs (twice to one) and, other than the first that we went in while on vacation (so it was a bit further than we preferred when buying), could see the salesy side we heard so much about. We had found a RV we loved at another CW and felt very transactional so we decided search online and found 2 of the make and model we liked on the lot in Spartanburg and I called in and asked for the manager; Jonathan overtook the call and everything was negotiated before we stepped on the lot. He said, when we come in, Rachel would assist from there. Rachel almost immediately reached out and was super friendly. We had a second RV we wanted to look at when we got there and she was happy to show along with a few other suggestions of her own. She made everything smooth and simple and, nearly 2 weeks later, she is still willing to help with questions we have as first-time RV owners. We ended up with the original one we selected and the only time we felt slightly transactional/salesy was in finance, where neither Rachel or Jonathan took part. Ashley has stepped in, he the service manager and he has been phenomenal to work with. They have all gone above and beyond, never making us feel like a burden or that our ignorance was unacceptable. We are so glad we did not listen to the advice to go elsewhere as we love our RV and the sales + service from Rachel + Ashley has exceeded expectations.
