  I went there this morning (New Year’s Eve) and found the place to be totally unorganized and poorly managed. I have normally had a good experience, but this morning was the worst. The vacuums did not work. There were no towels the mat sink did not work and no one was around to ask. I’ll give it one more chance and then find somewhere else.

  Just stopped in once but I loved the experience. I like that they really take the time to dry your car with multiple blowers and the giant chamois thing.

  Good car wash! Has a nice Pit stop before you enter where you can refill your washer fluid and has free air for your tires.

  Zero stars if this was an option. Customer service at the local and highest level for this new car wash is horrendous. This system they utilize malfunctioned resulting in a huge gash in our tire. The manager, Chris, blamed me for their machine malfunctioning and causing our tire damage. There was no apology, no refund, nothing. There are plenty of options for reputable car washes in Rock Hill, this isn't one of them.
