  Zero stars if this was an option. Customer service at the local and highest level for this new car wash is horrendous. This system they utilize malfunctioned resulting in a huge gash in our tire. The manager, Chris, blamed me for their machine malfunctioning and causing our tire damage. There was no apology, no refund, nothing. There are plenty of options for reputable car washes in Rock Hill, this isn't one of them.

  Best Car wash place in town the employee as well as the manager were awesome seeing how it was my first time visiting. Would return 10/10

  I live around the corner and got a monthly membership a few months ago. I couldn’t ask for anything better! I had a temp tag that the camera wouldn’t read, so an employee would have to type in my phone number every visit (to access my membership) and they were very nice about having to do that. The wash provides a great cleaning every time, including the rims. I’ve never used the vacuums but will one day. My only concern is that they run the cars through the wash too close together. Overall, a 10/10 and glad they are here!

  I had a coupon that I received that week in the mail for a car wash. They refused to honor the coupon saying, “we don’t take that coupon anymore.” There was no expiration date and I had received it 3 days before going! Update: Thank you for replying. I already reach out to you directly but I never heard back.

  As far as a car wash with unlimited plans it's fine at being that. Reason for 3 star is when comparing it to competitors it lacks seriously in what others offers for a even less for the their monthly plans. Places like Sam's car wash charges $10 less per month for comparable monthly plans and the main drawback is NASCAR car wash closes at 7pm whereas others stay open til 9pm. I prefer to wash my cars later in the evening when the hot summer days cool down, 7pm is way to early. Locations are also very, very limited where other franchises have multiple locations throughout the local area and even around the state, you're basically stuck with one local wash location in the area.
