As first time campers we needed some advice about our new camper. Your employee, Morgan, was very patient, considerate and knowledgeable in all aspects of camping. We look forward to using Camper World in the future. Congratulations on having such an exemplary employee…The Mancuso's

If I can give them no star I would.... They are crooked people that think they can take advantage of peple.... I have a perfect credit score and they wanted me to pay more on finance that the actual price wich by the way was a use camper....I call to cancel the next day when I realized how crazy it all seams...they still changed me for supposed paper work over 300 bucks.....they wanted a contract of 25 years...I'm glad I realized it before it was too late.....

Great Atmosphere. New to RV/Camper living and Morgan R.(Store Manager) made buying the right equipment seamless because of her extended amount of knowledge pertaining to what ever product you need whether it’s something as little as marine toilet tissue or a New RV altogether. She leaves no question unanswered thoroughly in a way you can comprehend. Highly Recommend. Thanks again and look forward to experiencing the high energy you bring; was a pleasure in a sticky situation you made it bearable :) check her out guys you will not be disappointed.

We live several hours away but were willing to travel to purchase a specific trailer and trade in our current one. From the start, communication was horrible. No one walked us through the pricing—only when we received paperwork with surprise line items did we start to understand the transaction. Our sales rep, Bryce, couldn’t even explain the numbers correctly; it wasn’t until we spoke with Brian, the General Manager, that the pricing finally made sense. The week of delivery, we confirmed with Bryce on Monday that everything was still scheduled for Saturday. Then, on Thursday afternoon, he told us we needed to drive our trade to Greenville, NC for an inspection—less than 48 hours before delivery and a drive of 1.5 hours each way. When we arrived, the team there seemed unaware we were coming, and what Bryce said would take 30 minutes to an hour took over two hours. On Saturday, Bryce confirmed a 4pm delivery time. At 4:20pm, we contacted him and were told the inspection "didn’t go well"—despite the inspector telling us there was nothing to worry about. Bryce claimed the A/C didn’t work (even though it had a 14–16° temperature drop), that the tires needed replacing, and mentioned cosmetic issues. We later found out he had been told to turn around 2.5 hours earlier due to a revised, lowball trade offer—yet he didn’t bother to tell us until after 5pm. When I asked about the supposed tire “requirements,” Bryce responded, “Brother, this isn’t the military,” which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I lost my temper, used foul language, and he told us we shouldn’t do business together. We tried to escalate, but management avoided us. “Manager” Colton promised to call back but never did. Multiple calls that night and the next day went unanswered (always telling us they aren't there or busy with a customer - like I've seen in other reviews). Eventually, we reached Kari (sales manager), who helped finalize the sale after we decided to move forward without the trade. Unfortunately, communication continued to be poor—down payment instructions, delivery timing, and basic follow-ups all required repetitive calls from us. Despite specifically requesting that Bryce not be involved further, he was still assigned to our delivery—and, as expected, was 2.5 hours late again with no communication until we reached out. To make matters worse, our new trailer was missing three items, and we received a “We Owe” from Camping World. It took weeks to get any answers. The Service Manager promised to check on the status and call us back but never did. After reaching out to the Title Clerk, Chelsea, for help, we finally heard from Justine in the Service Department, who was the best person we worked with throughout this entire ordeal. She followed up, kept us informed, and ensured our missing items were shipped. Thanks to Justine and Chelsea, we eventually received everything—though it took a couple of months to resolve. We opened a corporate case about this entire experience and truly hope they review how this location operates. Aside from Brian (the GM, who was helpful when we reached him), Justine and Chelsea, our experience was frustrating, chaotic, and highly unprofessional from start to finish. Highly recommend avoiding Camping World all together, we will not be purchasing from them again!

We are in the market to buy a new 5th wheel. I met a salesman (won't post name but starts with W) and he seemed nice. But once my husband walked up, he no longer acknowledged me. He didn't look at me when speaking and didn't even include my name on the customer information sheet although I was the one sitting at the table with him. It was so obvious my husband told him that the decisions are mine to be made. We drove an hour to look at campers so we looked but they didn't have much in stock. Even if we found something, I wouldn't buy it from camping world. If you can't even include me when speaking, you aren't getting my money.
