- MBMark BonnerOct 3, 20255.0Stopped by MPT Autobody on a whim to see if they could fix a few small issues on the exterior of my drivers door to my BMW 650i. Randy at the front desk said they could and Eric the owner came out and described the scope of work and gave me an estimate. Left the car for what was expected to be a week or longer and received a call three days later that it was ready. At pickup, I noticed a small bit of the issue remained and they immediately went to fixing it on the spot . The car looks great. Entire compound and buffer too! Got home and realized the power switch on the drivers door no longer worked the windows or mirrors. Emailed MPT if they had any thoughts on what might have caused this and they said bring it in, even though they are not technically a repair shop. Took it back and left it today (about a 20 minute drive from my home) and before I got home they called and said it was fixed. Found a broken plug inside the door panel and repaired it. Not their fault but they sure took care of me. These guys are pros at what they do. They are knowledgeable and professional. But more importantly they are sincere , nice and easy to deal with. And they obviously care about their work and clients. Highly recommend. Oh and I forgot to mention the goody bag I received. Cool logo t shirt, koozie, magnets and other items . Rare to find this combination of skill, service and touch. Highly recommend Mark 10/25
