    WW Williams was referred to me by my normal diesel mechanic as the main issue was something with the transmission and WW Williams was simply the better fit for the fix. Overall, the repair took longer than I was anticipating, we ended up adding a few additional items (brakes, belts, sensors, torque convertor seal, rear-main seal) to pro-long the length of service, no fault of theirs. A few minor hiccups along the road, but overall I'm a satisfied customer and have since returned with another truck and recommended them to others. Dealt primarily with Kayla and Matt up front and Eric, the service manager.

    Matt my service advisor and his team were great. They accurately diagnosed my trucks transmission problem, kept me updated with the status of the repairs, truck shifted great when I picked it up.

    Me mudé recientemente a SC y mi cascadia me dió un problema eléctrico, fuí a varios lugares y me decían que esperara de 2 a 4 semanas (una locura) pero en WW Williams me recibieron y al otro dia ya estaba listo, fueron justos con el precio. A pesar de que mi ingles es limitado, el que me atendió fué muy amable muy paciente, VOLVERÉ… 👍🏽
