Turned out to be the rear fog light was on. Not a shorted tail lamp. Service manager Frank explained what was going on, also he reset the tire pressure warning for us. Salesperson Sheryl helped my wife to repair her phone with the car app. Total service time about 15/20 minutes and we were on our way. Can not say enough good things about the staff at this Dealership. Kevin and Vickie Peter. First time Volvo owners.

We drove 2 hours to see the vehicle and it had major transmission and engine issues that we were not previously informed of. They pretty much told us “that’s tough”. It was very disappointing and dishonest of them to not be transparent about the condition of the vehicle. I would make sure to ask very thoroughly on the condition of their used cars or else you might just get screwed over or waste your time.

I was not planning on buying one that day but after meeting Andrew and test driving the car I liked, I was able to trade in my car and go home with my new car. On the way there, I even had thoughts of a pushy salesman and being there a half a day. But to the contrary, Andrew was friendly, helpful, and professional. Jason helped with the financing and made the process quick and efficient. I will highly recommend Andrew and Volvo Cars Greenville.
- EPE PNov 10, 20255.0Volvo Cars Greenville really delivered when we needed them most. We had an unexpected flat on 85 that marooned us on the side of the road. Luckily we were literally 1.5 miles from the dealer. They confirmed they had a tire in stock but we only had an hour and the tow truck was delayed and it was 5 PM and the middle of rush hour. Frank took charge and sent Lucas to pick up my spouse with a loaner vehicle so we could get everything done by 6PM before they closed. Luckily the tow truck arrived soon after. The loaner was ready to go and Matt took care of everything. Had it not been for Frank, Matt and Lucas we would have had to drop the car, Uber to the Airport, get a rental and go on to Braselton. We were also able to make our daughter's band event in time as a result as well. They had the car done the next morning but due to schedules we couldn't pick up until Monday first thing. We can't say enough good things about the service and support we received.
