- JDJeff DominasJul 29, 20255.0Rob (mechanic) and Amanda (front desk) were terrific! I brought in a 2004 e-150 conversion van for a squeak and ac issues. I’ve brought the van to a few others in town who never took the time to listen and essentially repair the problem. Not Tuffy though! Long story short the entire van was stripped apart to fix a vacuum issue and a clog in the lines. This was a massive undertaking that I’m sure the other shops didn’t want to deal with! Although pricy at the end, it was in line with expectations and close to other quotes I was given. After triple digits this summer almost everyday the AC is as good as new, the van drives like new after some suspension work, and I would highly recommend using Tuffy for large and small repairs. Excellent work!!
