My apologies,I was so excited like a kid in a Toy store & she was very Nice ! I want to Thank them for their Amazing Customer Service & Help when I came in. They even signed me up as a New Bass Pro Shop Member and they made me feel Welcomed while being there !! Great Attitudes & Very Helpful !! Thank all three of you & it was a Pleasure ! I'll definitely be returning to this location to shop for more fishing gear 🤜🏿🤛🏻💯

She was the most difficult rude and unprofessional member that I had to deal with while trying to make a return on a older purchase item but thanks to Mr Mike the store Gm he had help me out with the issue I had a was able to get what I needed !

- BJBen JApr 14, 20215.0Absolutely blown away by the level of service and ease of purchase on my pontoon boat from start to finish. I was able to do all the purchasing of the boat over the phone with the support of Henry vs. having to go into the store and then the boat came in about 4 weeks earlier than expected and Jessica was flexible and understanding as I made a few adjustments to be ready to receive the boat. I am still learning to fully be able to launch a boat myself so I asked if someone could help and Nick from the service department was amazing as he stepped right up and brought it to the marine for me (with a stop at the gas station) to help me launch it and then took the time to take it out and educate me on all the ins and outs of the boat and things to look out for. With how large Cabela's is, I was afraid I wouldn't get the support they provided but the entire group went over and above. Customer service is still important to this group and now they have a customer for future purchases and service.
