    Had a fantastic experience working with Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked hard to find the perfect car. There was no pressure at any point in the process. Five-star service!

    Do not recommend the Herlong Service Department at all. I had some work under warranty done and the service department told me it would be in the mid $400 range. When the work was completed and I went to get my truck, the total was in the high $700s and I was never contacted to make sure the price increase was okay before completing the work. I questioned the price right then, but Josh at the service desk said that his manager was not there but they do owe me some money back. I paid the bill and went several days without hearing from them. I later began to call and every time there was an excuse of why they haven’t gotten the chance to speak with their manager. Last week, Josh said on the phone that he wrote on a sticky note in all caps to call me with an update about the refund and stuck it on his computer screen. It has been over a week and I have not heard a word from them. In short, the quoted price almost doubled and never informed me, and they have gone silent and have not refunded me the money like they said they would.

    Worked with Richard over the phone as I live 4 hours away, Richard was prompt on sending video and worked numbers out for me as well. Would definitely recommend going and seeing Richard and the rest of the team at Herlong Ford.

    My husband purchased a 2019 Camaro 2ss from this dealership and of course we we’re super excited to be buying this car, but unfortunately only owned this vehicle for one month before discovering a major oil leak that led to serious engine issues. We took it to the nearest Chevrolet dealership to us since we drove over 3 hours to purchase this vehicle from Herlong Ford. The Chevrolet dealership recommended a full engine replacement due to damage to the engine from the oil leak. Given how little time we had the car, this was extremely disappointing and concerning. Communication throughout the process was poor, with delays, inconsistent information, and a lack of accountability between the dealership, warranty company, and repair shop. This left us without clear answers and without a vehicle for an extended period of time. Unfortunately neither the dealership nor there warranty company would take responsibility for the damages and we are left to figure this out on our own, and out of pocket. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others and cannot recommend this dealership.

    I am very unhappy with Ford services, communication has been poor. I feel as if I’m being given the run around. I dropped my car off Nov 10th to have transmission work done & I picked it up Dec 7th. I paid almost $2,000 to get my car fixed & it started acting up the very next day & my check engine light came on & has been on since, my car has been driving bad since I picked it up & it has been jerking & making noises when I switch gears. I’ve been having to call ford almost every day to get answers on when they’re going to be able to get my car in sooner to fix it & how I’m going to be able to get around until my car is fixed every time someone says they are going to call me back they don’t & I have to end up calling them back & I have already spoken to a manager about the situation & I still keep getting the run around. It’s very frustrating and just not fair to me at all.
