Update- Still haven’t heard from anybody about fixing my car. I’m paying for a warranty I can’t use and no one is trying to do anything. This has been months now I bought my 2021 Ford bronco sport two years ago. I have never been able to use my windshield wiper fluid because it leaks out of the front camera which I have had replaced six times and it’s still broken. They call me and tell me my car is ready. I go pick it up and the part is still broke the last time they said that it might be the water pump and supposedly they were going to replace that but it’s Still broke. I have called Multiple times to see what Their plan was and they say they’ll call me back and never do. So for two years, I have not been able to clean my windshield going down the If I need to. Obviously this is a defective part or there’s something else going on and they don’t know what it is, Or there’s nothing they can do and they won’t make it right. I just don’t understand how a company as big as Ford can’t make this right. If they can’t fix the part, then let me trade and not be upside down and a vehicle that you sold me that was defective. My car has been in the shop so many times. I waited a year for two parts for my brakes that came defective when I bought the car. It’s just crazy that I’ve had to take so much time of my life and the gas to Get there And pull up and my car is not fixed after they called me and said your Your car is ready. Accompany this Big should be standing behind their product and a customer should not have to go through this for this long and get the runaround as well. My time is not being valued. Nobody is trying to solve this problem and help me. Very dissatisfied with Ford.Writing this in hopes to get something done so I can move on.
