Mr. Tim is the go to professional It has been a great experience for me where they pointed out the flaws and repaired them free of charge It is very rare to have that kind of service this day and age .

The prices were very reasonable and the process was quick, if you do decide to go to NTB go see Tim🙌🏾

I worked with Haven to order the tires and set up the appointment - she was amazing - friendly, helpful and made a great recommendation on an excellent Goodyear tire to fit my budget. From the moment I walked in, Tim provided exceptional customer service. He got my car in the shop right away and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were going to do. After the service, he reviewed the installation and alignment giving me complete confidence for my upcoming Christmas road trip. This team is fantastic—I highly recommend this shop to everyone and will definitely return the next time I need tires or service. I chose NTB because they have locations in all the states that I drive to for work and family - they are all connected through the parent company Mavis!
