- KPKevin Pimental1 day ago1.0Before I start this review I want to say that Russel Machado service advisor is a great advisor.Very respectful and knowledgeable and just a great person to deal with I can go on further with this complaint but I’m not out of respect for the advisor that treated me so well past 6 years my car was there.He is the best service advisor I had at any dealership since driving for sure.I bought a newer car 3 months ago it went into service for warranty work contested by the dealer and we compromised . I picked up my car and receipt said all fluids checked.2weeks later approximately my low oil light came on short 1 quart of oil ,my coolant fluid warning came on that it was low and like I said in beginning I could go pretty far with this complaint I do not drive this car aggressively it’s more on c mode then sport for sure.

We visited this location on a Friday and the next Monday we were driving off the lot in our new GLE!
