Grasso’s was assigned to me through my extended warranty company when my work vehicle broke down, they called within minutes and kept me updated through the whole process, from dispatch to arrival. Jose showed up to tow my vehicle and if you aren’t smiling before he gets there, you will be after you meet him; Jose broke the mold of your typical tow truck driver, always smiling, happy-go-lucky and just a breath of fresh air during a situationally bad time. I hope I never need my vehicle towed again, but if I do, I’ll only call Grasso’s - thanks guys!

Cause I saw what caring thaughtful soul the secretary was so nice I felt helped but helped like person cared my situation keep mind I called other B4 one said. 139$ but not in if I was in milbury on 146. Anthor from Providence to Worcester totaling. 40 miles. Said 456$ anthor 545$ I don't neven have road side. Wen I grabbed plan didn't let me select it . So called geico anyways stuck 1188 Cumberland Rd at antohitos going 126 sw cut off Worcester mass enterprise car sale .... geico for emergency said they cover first 15 miles I drove 10 30 left cost $96 that was awesome 😎 👍 they blessd. Would recommend and any time I need tow neven if was anyways state I will be calling them regardless great company by name imagine small business owners these businesses are the one we need to support .. the guy that deserves business they check every box .or star ⭐ ✨ ✨ ⭐ ✨ so they get 10 ⭐ or 11
