  I was broken down on 95 with a flat tire and received great service from Grasso’s. The representative answered the phone promptly, was polite and professional, and took all my info. She gave me an estimate of when the tow truck driver would arrive and called me back when he was 5 minutes away. He arrived in less than 30 minutes. Jose was professional, quick, and towed me to my house with no problems. Highly recommend.

  I live in a tight spot and my street wasn't plowed and with me taking a photo to see if it was possible they came right out and really delivered fast and they were super professional. Couldn't of asked for better and they were affordable too. 10 outta 10 recommend
