From day 1 Alisha and the team at North Smithfield Auto Body were nothing but welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared. They helped me coordinate with a rental car, told me what the next step was with the whole process, kept me updated, and answered every single question I had. Alisha has the best customer service and bed side manner, I guess you could say, with this whole process. Not only did she treat me with respect, but she treated me like family. Not only do they handle vehicles like mine, RIP, but they also do a lot of other work like auto body painting, mechanical work, and if they can't do it, they have a guy for it! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing the services they have. It's worth the trip on 146.

It is not required to provide an identical vehicle.
