- JBJuliana BrasilSep 17, 20251.0my Boyfriend came in to get my car inspected about a week ago and they failed my inspection for an “issue” with the “control on Bolt Point Assembly” and told me that my plates were getting revoked since my car was not safe to drive. they said they could fix the “issue” and continue inspection for over $400. went to my family’s mechanic to get everything checked and he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car whatsoever. went to another inspector today and they passed my car with no questions asked. this seemed like a scam and ugh I seriously can’t stand greedy people.
