  Excellent diagnostic service, I have a problem with heating system. Staff very helpful and friendly, I need another appointment but I had a gentleman explain exactly what was wrong in a simple, straightforward conversation that I could understand.Thank you all at Rymer see you all again soon.   I don’t recommend anyone bringing their car here to get it done they violated and messed up my car and tried to blame another shop who didn’t even touch my car in the first place I stood there and watch them take off the cover and everything but they want to talk about throwing someone under the bus they threw someone under the bus before I could even explain to him what happen and why I know it was done by you guys you were quick to dismiss my concern instead of understanding where I was coming from you knew me for a while so for you to think that I would lie to you and say something just to get something for free is foul and wrong of you instead of apologizing to me as a man like I did to you as a woman just shows what type of person you are you couldn’t even get the car I had right whenever I would book an appointment you kept thinking I had a car I never owned a day in my life it’s sad and unfortunate that you couldn’t even let me what was going on with my car until after the fact when it came to all that oil everywhere underneath my car I asked you to check my oil pan because I was told I had a Leak by another shop but I never leaked any oil so I wanted to make sure and what did you say I didn’t have any leak in my oil pan that my drain plug was loose so you guys tighten it when I take it to a different shop to get an oil change now all of a sudden I have a leak now and you were the last person to touch my car everyone makes mistakes no perfect it doesn’t matter how long someone has been doing something I got new brakes and rotors and they been making noises ever since and it shouldn’t be you should have asked me which brakes I wanted to use I’m spending all that money for my brakes and rotors to be making noise because you wanted to use cheap ones I even have witnesses that I wasn’t leaking before I went to get my checked out by you and make sure everything was okay and I think it’s crazy that you think it’s okay to work on something and call the customer after and let them know that you guys did whatever to the car without calling the customer letting them know what they need and what’s the problem and asking them if they want to get it done or not that paperwork you showed me from 2022 about a class action lawsuit doesn’t have anything to do with someone messing up and making a mistake you made them before youre not around them 24/7 to see what their doing at all times it’s not a brand new car nor have I ever had a problem with my oil pan before this is the most work you ever done on all the cars I had and I know it’s not from me driving because I already asked and I also had someone on the phone when I did you made it harder than it had to be instead of just taking responsibility for what was done but it’s all good I should have known better i should have listen to the person that told me not to go to you in the first place

  Go in early here and my car was looked at promptly.Very nice ppl an got my bearing and inspected my vehicle in a fast timely manner.I would recommend this place higly.
