Have nothing but respect for them. Took my truck to them a little over a year ago. Had them go over my front end of my truck, they replaced my steering box, ball joints , and many many other issues I had going on with my front end . Went to pick the truck up after the job was done and he tells me that the new steering box they replaced turns more left then it does right , and that it’s “normal”. Not sure why I fell for it because it obviously wasn’t normal . Truck sat for 6 months in total after that due to other motor problems , finally got the truck running again, later to feel somthing loose in the front end just weeks after driving the truck again, get under it just to find out my pitman arm nut was loose and on the edge of falling off . And that half the bolts in my steering stabilizers were missing , causing it to hang about 3 or 4 inches lower then its original mounting point. Truck now has less then 13k miles on the road and come to find out a ball joint is shot , clearly wasn’t there fault that the ball joints are going bad again considering I’ve ran wide wheels on it , until I tore it apart just to find myself able to twist the nut on the ball joint off with 1 finger . Obviously…someone forgot to tighten it to spec …or even tighten it at all. Because obviously balljoints aren’t supposed to nearly fall out just a little over 10k miles after being replaced. And that balljoint coming loose ended up rounding out the housing of the differential , so now I need to drop the differential and either replace it fully or send it to a shop to get filled and repaired. Which either way will cost me THOUSANDS. I have a video of the issue but I can only post pictures in the reviews. Didn’t feel the need to leave a review just outta respect for them, until that last incident. Considering it’s been over a year sense then i cannot cause a problem about it now even tho the truck hasn’t been driven for half that time . Just gotta except that things happen and to not go back to them!!
