    Safelite is the best in windshield repair. I have used them before in the past. Always pleasant, professional, skilled employees. I would never use any other company for window repair. Their the best !!!

    Terrible experience. I complained of a leak and someone came to look, but automatically got in the car and broke my sunroof after being at my home two minutes. Did not warm up the car and after it got jammed, told me it was because it was frozen. Asked if a neighbor had a heated garage where it could warm up but he couldn't do anything. He left telling me have someone check the sunroof out in case its the cause of the leak. So didn't look at the window or seal at all, just tried to force a frozen sunroof open and left. Management was very argumentative and blamed me for all of it. Talking over me and saying he knew for a fact that something was wrong with my sunroof before the technician arrived and that it for sure caused the leak. No sorry, no kindness, and certainly no repair. It was so bad I ended up hanging up the phone. After complaining because my sunroof is broken in the winter with snow...he calls back days later during the last snow storm and continues to blame me and says I can bring car in so maybe they can close it but they couldn't even promise that. He also continued to argue that it was broken before (because he's all knowing?) They worked on my car twice now because the first glass replacement had issues with seal. Now suddenly...he knows (although he's never seen my car personally) my perfectly fine, never had a problem sunroof that was also fine when they worked on it before (was suddenly broken right before they showed up this time). Ooookay. Terrible service. Would never recommend. And no resolve to issue even after calling customer service so I'm going to have to pay for a sunroof repair that I did not cause. Really sad, will never use again. Everything is good when they are charging you, but this warranty is not worth anything for me. And the attitudes leave so much to be desired. Downright disrespectful.
