Recently a tree branch came down and damaged the rear window of my Honda Crosstour. The damaged glass was a small heavily tinted piece just above the latch. Not the larger glass with the wiper. I called customer support who connected me to the local shop so I could make sure they had the correct part for the job. When the technician arrived he had everything needed to do the repair. Very happy with the work done.
