- SBSteve BergerAug 7, 20255.0I had a great experience with the service department! I got loaded about 10 miles away and my trailer tandems would not slide. They were stuck in the full rearward position. I called them up and they told me to bring it over. They fit me in right away and got me fixed up in about 90 minutes! They took great care of me and the pricing was very reasonable! They went above and beyond to help me out and that isn't something that happens much these days! I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! Thank you Tri State!
