I’ve witnessed people damage their vehicles in the process of trying to relocate to another gate in hopes that it would work.

This is one of those places that requires people to pay online and a finicky camera system reads license plates to allow them to exit. Numerous people had paid but couldn't get the gates to open, so we were stuck until each person could call customer service. This was an absolutely ridiculous situation made worse by their business model of having nobody on site to assist.

A waste and an absolute shame that any building would use this company for their parking garage payment system. Park somewhere else if you don’t want a headache. I will never park somewhere with Metropolis if I can help it.
