- VDVada DobbinsOct 9, 20231.0Booked a rental and was told that they didn't have the vehicle that I rented. I asked for a discount because they wanted me to take a vehicle that wasn't even in the same class. I was told that I wouldn't get a discount and would be charged the same rate. The person on the phone then got a mad, and hung up the phone on me. Been trying to get this resolved for months. You get told to "email this person" for your email to get ignored. Terrible company.
