I had rented a car for 2 days and take it on 11th nov 2025 18:45 and I droped it on 13rd nov 2025 around 17:30 ontime but they took from my Credit card 3 days payment. They send me an agreement emil for this but I hadn't see till now. I recognised when ı see my digital slip. I applied to correction and payback additional day cost to my Credit card. We Will see if they Will correct their mistake and I Will Write here if they will do.

The staff at this location are amazing. The lady at the front desk recognized I was having trouble with another company (Budget) and she offered to assist. She was friendly and quickly took care of me. She went above and beyond made my experience great. The staff in the car lot were also awesome and very fast. Overall my experience with Enterprise was incredible and they have earned my respect and future business. Thank you.

After arriving on a 26 hour trip with 3 layovers I found out that this specific Enterprise-Rent-A-Car branch doesn't allow debit cards to be used if you don't have a return ticket. I had specifically made a reservation on Enterprise's website for pickup in Pittsburgh and drop-off in Wheeling which was denied at the counter on the debit card basis.

Review of Enterprise
My partner and I recently rented a car from Enterprise at Pittsburgh International Airport, and unfortunately, we encountered several issues that made our experience quite frustrating.
First, while we eventually got the car we wanted, the initial process was longer than expected. We appreciated that they worked with us on that, but then we hit a snag with payment. Unlike other Enterprise locations we’ve used, this location did not allow us to split the payment across two credit cards—even though both cards were in the same name. We were told initially that we could pay partway through the rental and then update the payment method, but when we tried to do that, the quote changed and the terms were inconsistent.
Second, when we received the vehicle we requested (a luxury large suv) it had a cracked windshield, some sort of sticky substance we could not remove on the right side passenger mirror, and some sticky substance on the right side passenger door, on the back left door glass is some type of white paint on the tinted window, most of the charging outlets in the vehicle did not Update: Upon returning the vehicle at the airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the attendants who connected us with a manager. He was an active listener and took the time to understand our concerns. He resolved the pricing issue, provided a corrected final quote, and even followed up with an email confirmation. We took photos for our records, and we’re hopeful that once Enterprise completes the final processing, the payment will be correctly split between the two cards as requested. Much appreciation to the team for stepping in and resolving things at the end.work.
We also faced communication issues between the customer service line and the airport location. The customer service representative told us she’d email the airport to fix the discrepancy in the quote, but the airport staff said they never received such an email. This left us in a loop of confusion and mixed messages, with changing prices and no clear direction. Eventually, the amount charged was not even the original quoted amount, and we had to just accept that we’d sort it out when we returned the vehicle.
In short, we were disappointed by the lack of clarity, the inconsistent policies, and the poor communication between Enterprise’s customer service and their airport location. We hope that this feedback helps them improve their process because we’d love to have a smoother experience in the future. For now, we are departing tomorrow and it feels like we are about to have a cracker jack experience unsure of what awaits at the airport counter as we return the vehicle.
