The employee who assisted us showed us the vehicle we wanted, let us take a test drive, and even completed a credit application for us. While we were discussing the interest rates, the sales representative went back and forth to his manager several times. Eventually, the manager came out and told us that the car we had just test-driven was “now sold.” This made no sense at all, because only a few minutes earlier we had submitted a credit application for that very same car. It did not inspire any trust, and we felt as if we were basically being dismissed. Unprofessional and a truly disappointing experience.

Salesperson Dave Roman was knowledgeable and personable and did not ever pressure me into the purchase. They had the truck I wanted on the lot and the sale happened quickly and smoothly. I was pleased with the price and especially with the 1.9% financing. Service department was helpful too and did a nice job getting me the accessories I wanted and installing them quickly.

I found a used vehicle that had the features I wanted online. Did some research and determined it was fairly priced and started the buying process online. When I arrived the vehicle was sitting right out front waiting for me and looking really clean. Went in and finished the paperwork all the while accompanied by a very pleasant dealer. And the finance manager couldn’t have been more of a gentleman. Unfortunately months later when I desperately needed the vehicle checked out the service department completely dropped the ball. They called me and said they don’t have the equipment to properly diagnose the car and that I should take it to the dealership. So just because my car is a Chevy I couldn’t bring it to the Nissan dealership I bought it from? And that’s with the extended warranty that I paid for. How do you do a 100+ point inspection on a car you can’t diagnose? And fyi the Chevy dealership fixed problems I wasn’t having and completely ignored the issue I brought it in for. After almost everyone refused to work on it I ended up mostly figuring it out on my own. But not until after months of hassles and expensive trial and error. So a great buying experience ruined by a bug riddled car that the service department wanted no part of.
