- NMNeethi MathewSep 26, 20251.0They had to move my car to grab someone else's car and ended up handing MY KEYS to the wrong person. I had to wait there for 4 hours!! I had them retrieve my spare from my house which was an HOUR drive and then they secretly made a spare as well, which probably added in an extra hours or 2 in the wait!!! This happened at 2pm and I was not made aware until 4:30pm!! I did not leave until 9pm. The most they compensated me was free parking for THAT DAY...

The women at the window was kind but everyone else refused to help us. One employee even threatened to fight my partner. We waited for over AN HOUR! How do you LOSE A CAR! Truly horrendous service. Even if you’re staying at the hotel across the street, considering parking elsewhere.
