- EMEyanat MiahOct 19, 20221.0I parked at this location on September 3rd 2022. I left my car here and took pictures of it prior to leaving my vehicle with the valet. I came to get my vehicle later on that same day and saw scratches and dents on my back bumper. I showed it to the valet whose name on the receipt appears to be NOUHOUM D. I also showed him the images I had taken before giving my car off. He had me fill out a claim form and I was told a third party would review the damages; keep in contact with me and send me a check for the damages. It is now October 19, 2022 and I have been trying to contact them via email and phone. I have not heard the status of my claim nor have I received a check. This parking lot is horrible. If you plan on leaving your car here please take pictures prior.

However, since purchasing, we have not been notified regarding how to receive our parking pass or any further instructions. We've been trying to reach SP+ and that specific garage for literally 1 month with multiple e-mails and voice mails with no representative or employee responding to us. Is there any way we can get a call or email back? My wife needs her parking permit starting 9/15/19. Overall, we've been trying to reach a representative for 1 month regarding this and haven't heard back yet and the agreement begins in 12 days. My wife's name is Dana Lee and I can provide the car information and her contact if you reply back to this review. Again, we've been trying to reach SP+ for a month already and am just desperately trying to reach someone. Thank you.
