Park at Parkway garage 13th & Arch or Filbert. They give you a paper ticket which you can have validated at most merchants at Market with $10. purchase. Their rate USED to be $5. for 2 hours. NOW, it's $7. for up to 2 hours. IF YOU CAN do your shopping in under an hour, it's CHEAPER to park on street at meter.
