- HHHarriet HernandezDec 27, 20255.0This is, what I call "Little Italy" because all the facilities are located in a circle and if you miss your turn-off, back around you go .... haha all and all the shuttle that brings you from the garage to whatever facility you have appointment for.

- BNBryan NicholsDec 18, 20251.0Parking is aweful, they funnel you to use the valet to make more money. Stop lights arent timed and intersections are consistently blocked. They allow you to enter a garage when it's full and force you to valet at additional cost. Then you wait for your vehicle longer. Should never take 30 minutes to park once you're outside the building and there is no information on the lots available. How malls can do parking better than hospitals is a disgrace

- CGC GNov 26, 20252.0So much traffic could be avoided if attendants would get off their seats and notify drivers the lot is full. I don't care if they do it with a wave or with a sign, but the way they're doing it now isn't working by waving from sitting in a fold-up chair right in front of the garage. Drivers have to wait in enough traffic with all the construction going on and the chop parking lot to then have to move over to see someone sitting in their chair and have to get back over to the right again into traffic.
