They had no idea where they had parked people’s cars and no management of the process whatsoever. There were only two staff working and they were overwhelmed and disorganized. Would not recommend parking here.

Unfortunately, they are so close when they open either your doors or doors to the cars park next to yours, they take no consideration and slam them, cause scratches, paint damage, and dents. When emailing management, they told me “they found my car on the 3rd level and no damage was found happening to it”. This was a lie as my car was parked on the 2nd level! The damage is in the exact spots of other car doors hitting one. Parked here once and left with damage on both sides. Yet the manager informed me “they never have complaints”. DO NOT PARK HERE.

In total I paid $40 when I was only expecting to pay $25. It seems like they’re more interested in getting as much money as possible out of you at once instead of having a repeat customer. Won’t be parking here again. Manager was rude - car attendants we OK.
