  This was a terrible experience. The parking attendant had no idea that my payment went through. 20 minutes later after talking to two people in customer service they told the parking attendant yes indeed the payment went through. The parking attendant was rude, I was very close to calling the police. I would not use them again. The app itself is fine and the cost was fine

  Terrible experience. Booked a spot ahead of time and entered the lot at given time. We were allowed to enter, but after circling the lot twice, there were no available spots, however there were some open spots with cones placed in front of them. I politely asked the attendant if he could help us find a spot since I was guaranteed one by purchasing ahead. He was very rude and responded “no spots left. Change your reservation to park across the street.” I opened my email but could find no spot to edit my reservation. I asked for his help and he told me to figure it out and walked away. I continued to circle hoping someone might leave and I watched the attendant move a cone so someone else could park. I went back to ask if he could do the same for me and he said there were no spots left and I didn’t see anything. He then walked away from me. I circled again and asked for help one more time, and he ignored me. Not only was I charged for not parking there but I then had to pay again to park somewhere else.

  Parked at the Westin in Annapolis for 2 nights. The hotel told us it was $25 overnight. We left at the end of our stay and got our bill while driving via text. They charged us $80 for 46 hours. I contacted AI customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything once we left the building. They know how to apologize but not how to fix the issues.

  The customer service is awful. There is always an issue at the lot at 8th and market. Customer service is horrible and the woman who answers the office line was just as awful not even willing to listen to the feedback or hear the concerns. At least once a week it takes me 30+ minutes to get out of the lot because of system issues, people not leaving keys like they are supposed to, etc. will not park here any more!

  Good spot to park. In the middle of everything. The cost was $31 which is about average in that area.
