    Do not park here! Absolute confusing nightmare of a facility. They lock all the pedestrian entrances so you have to walk up the ramp dodging speeding cars to get back in.

    I came in today for the first time and Edgar was fantastically helpful! he was friendly and made it a point to introduce himself and ask if I needed any assistance. he was happy to point me in the right direction after I parked and even remembered where I parked when I came back a few hours later to leave! what a kind man. Edgar is a shining example of customer service, and based on seeing the other reviews here- it seems like I’m not the only one who thinks so.

    Made it real easy to park downtown. I was in town to visit with family and it was right next to where we were meeting. Used my phone for everything which made payment and everything super convenient. I actually had a quick question for the attendant and he was super helpful.

    Used this garage when in the area one evening. Very easy and efficient system to park and pay. Would park here again!

    The only reason that this garage has 3 stars and not 1 is because of Edgar. He is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful human who has made parking in this garage for the last 5 years somewhat bearable. Despite poor management historically, Edgar has ensured that the garage functions as well as possible and feels as safe as possible. Besides Edgar, the garage leaves a lot to be desired. My car has been broken into, the rust dripping from the pipes during rainy days has left a permanent stain on my new car despite multiple emails to Metropolis requesting this issue be resolved, and despite being a monthly renter there have been times where finding a spot has been extremely difficult. Metropolis has a gem with Edgar (for the love of god give this man a raise and proper managerial recognition), but otherwise I do not love this garage.
