I explained that while my ID has my old address, it was updated through the DMV — I just didn’t have the update card. I offered multiple documents to verify, but the “manager” and another staff member were extremely rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive the entire time. Even after my sister came in to assist and showed three of the documents they requested, they still gave her a hard time. On top of that, I was suddenly told that proof of income was also needed — something I was never told beforehand. Unprofessional staff, inconsistent policies, and just overall a very poor experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location.

The unpleasantries started when I asked about the additional charges on my card. Rental was thru my insurance so my only cost should have been a temporary hold…did this before at another location. She offered the SUV like a complimentary upgrade and when I asked about additional costs I was told no. $237 paid and I had rental coverage thru my insurance. Make it make sense???
