- RRRich RosenblumAug 17, 20251.0Reviews are consistent and accurate. Yaffo was allegedly dispatched through my insurance company’s roadside assistance. We waited 3.5 hours and they never showed, just gave repetitive updates to the insurance company and updated status. When I called the company directly no one answered. Because of this, I missed the show I was in town to see. They should reimburse me for my show ticket, but considering they’re too incompetent to do the simplest of tasks for the industry they’re in, it’s safe to say they wouldn’t know how to issue a check. I’ll be on the line with my insurance company first thing Monday to have this company removed from their vendor list. Thanks for nothing.
