- CPCody PeoplesNov 7, 20253.0They ignore you when you tell them that you own a hybrid vehicle that can't have power trickle off of your battery and charge you lock out fees. They will tell you that the second calibration is 3 months out and you'll get a system lock out fee when it requires you to get calibrated a month early on your second calibration. The garage knows nothing about the unit that they install and place the blame on intoxalock after they both give false information on the second calibration. It took leaving a horrible review, locking my card for payment while inquiring a new company's interlock to get the refund for these lockout. Finally a supervisor Issiah reached out and refunded my account. I thanked him for keeping the word of the customer service reps that swept it under the rug. Thanks again Issiah.
