    I paid nearly $50 for a car wash with the interior to be cleaned. I know that it’s speedy, but they don’t even bother to clean anything. The cupholders are still dirty. They didn’t believe me when I said I paid for mats to be cleaned. While I waited outside, I was cleaning my car with paper towels where they missed spots. Ridiculous service.

    Aug 13 2025. Last time I used this car wash was when it was the Bath House. My car needed a good interior and exterior cleaning. Past experience there caused me to return. What a disappointment! The $30 plus charge was far too much for service given . Vacuuming barely done; my dogs hair still visible on back seat floor. Wheel covers more missed than cleaned . Dashboard again a hit and miss. Door jams both front and back not touched. I had to ask attendant to do, another hit and miss. The bottom of door where it closes on car body not even touched. Needed a clean car for upcoming weekend family event ... needless to say I was disappointed in level of service. I will not be returning to Rocket Car Wash on Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville PA.
