Called and I need to wait 24 hours before I can even dispute the ticket. Major inconvenience over an error made by this private parking company! UPDATE: SIX DAYS LATER I PARKED AGAIN TO COMMUTE TO WORK AND PAID FOR AN ENTIRE 24 HRS AGAIN AND GOT ANOTHER TICKET. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and needs to be addressed!
