- CKCassie KilmartinOct 10, 20251.0Find elsewhere to park. I’m a guest of the Hyatt and have been waiting 45 minutes ( and still waiting) for my car. What kind of place tells you to text 5 min out to pick up your car, but runs on this kind of time serving business people. Why is only seemingly one person started on a Friday night ?! There is a ton of people waiting for their cars and to be checked in. Worst managing of a parking garage I have ever seen.

- NMNidhi ModyFeb 22, 20241.0I have tried monthly parking here for a few months. The idea is I text the number and my car should be ready in 5 minutes. Half the time my car isn’t ready in over 15-20 minutes waiting even though I get a confirmation it will be ready in a few minutes. Often I get a text that I do not have a car available and have to wait at the front desk for them to get the car. I tried texting earlier then they complain my car is sitting for 10-15 minutes in their lot I am often late to work because of the inefficiencies of this garage. And the garage is not cheap. I highly do not recommend this garage for monthly if you have be placed on time Update: I was told there would be improvement on the service. My car continued to be significantly delayed in the mornings after texting over 30 minutes in advance. And this morning my car was delivered to me without my L rear view mirror attached. Manager said he is filling out paper to get this covered but I am actually appalled at this garage and service. To make matters worse there is no contact number available to discuss this further. If you care about your car and your time and mental health I would avoid this garage
