  Confusing app design and unprofessional customer service I tried to pay for 24 hours of parking, but the website interface design is terrible. After selecting the time, there was no clear submit or confirmation button, so I went back to make sure it worked and got charged for another 24 hours with no warning. I contacted customer service immediately to explain what happened. It was clearly a flaw in the app, not something I intentionally did. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they acted like it was my fault and only offered a refund after I said I’d leave a bad review. That’s not how good customer service works. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I just wanted to make sure I had paid. Their system caused the problem, and they treated me like I was the problem. Fix your app and treat people with a little more respect.

  The scan to pay feature is terrible. It took FORTY minutes to use the "convenience" of scan to pay. I followed the steps and entered my phone number in order to receive the verification code and waited. After a few minutes without receiving a code, I tried again. And then again. I also installed the app which required the same steps - phone number, verification code. The first code I requested came through sixteen minutes after requesting it. I scoured the help section to no avail. I also tried to call support which was useless. When I finally received a code that wasn't expired, the app required me to use my location settings to determine in which lot I had parked. By this point I had been on the train for over half an hour which rendered location services useless. I had to again use the web version, wait for a code and finally, after forty minutes from my first attempt, I was able to pay for my parking *and* a "convenience fee" for using the service which was the ONLY way to pay for parking and hardly convenient. Additionally, I had to manually enter my card number - there was no Google Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal option - and that made me feel very vulnerable to be sitting in a public place holding my credit card and manually keying in my data. I've used a variety of online parking sites and apps and this was by far the worst. I understand that latency issues are often not the fault of the website/app, however there was no work around to use a different process to verify and pay to park so regardless of the cause of the delay, I fault this service for not having alternative methods to pay to park.

  What a ripoff paid $10.99 for 6 hours. Was on the train to come back and got a text saying my time was about to expire in 20 mins. So I added 30 mins and was charged an additional $10.99. This happened at Lancaster Pa. Train station. Don't know why the premium cost when all the stops after Lancaster to philly are only $1. If your a daily user go to redrose transit and get a $60 monthly.

  Do not pay this company to park. It’s a scam. The parking lot is open with no one there to collect fees and/or verify that you have pre-paid. I’ll be getting my $10 back through my credit card company and let them deal with the scammers.
