  Completely satisfied with my experience at this location. Matt was great 10/10. Was an easy process. All my questions were answered. The finance team was helpful too. Overall, I am grateful for my experience and purchase. Highly recommend!! I’ve been to other brand dealerships and not the same.

  We had an excellent experience working with Jerone Evans on leasing a Telluride. He was so friendly and helpful during the entire process. Our current lease was ending soon, Jerone made the transition to a new vehicle effortless. He was very thorough in explaining all the features on the vehicle, and following up with any additional questions that we had. Jake Pantone with the finance team, also made it an easy non-pressured transaction. We are very pleased overall with Diehl KIA of Hermitage Thank you again Jerone!

  My husband and I purchased our 2026 Kia Seltos on Saturday. This will be our 2nd Kia purchased from Diehl Kia of Hermitage. Everyone at the lot was super nice and very helpful. Our salesman "Tank" Geoff Wilson was amazing! He answered all questions that we had on the vehicle and made the stressful situation of buying a car, very comfortable. He treated us like family! We can not say enough nice things about "Tank". We would recommend this dealership and "Tank" 100 times over any other.

  Went to Diehl Kia looking for a Telluride and we quickly met Matt Jones who helped us quick and we test drove in minutes. It didnt turn out to be the car we had hoped but Matt was very understanding and found some other option for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't the car for us either but Matt was so understanding, helpful and felt like a geniunely nice guy. We couldn't say enough about how great of a salesman he is. And hopefully our next car will end up being with him.

  Terrible experience. I was a first time car buyer and they rushed the process, presumably for monthly quotas or some other asinine statistic. I went in recently to get my car serviced. Being a first time car owner, I was wholy unfamiliar with the process, so I went in to ask for help only to be directed to the waiting room before I could even finish a question. The one who directed me was the one who sold me my vehicle and he recognized me, so he, out of everyone there, should have known about my inexperience with dealerships and how they operate and recognized my utter confusion in the situation.
