The listed price is several thousands of dollars more than what you will actually pay in the end. I agree with former reviews stating there are bad eggs within the employee network at Camping World - Harrisburg. Character child-like behavior. Openly will berate ones personal interests. Can be disrespectful and lack customer service skills, nor customer-first oriented directed. Such character of a few are undoubtedly immutable. I, personally, take umbrage to the ridicule and lack of a taciturn personality, which should be found in a salesperson. A few lack credible knowledge of the traveling camper unit. Several inquisitive interests went unanswered -- no suggestion from the salesperson to find the answers. Highly suggest refraining from dealing with Camping World - Harrisburg due to the aforementioned stated interests.

It’s been there for over a month with no answer or progress. Called this location since they sold it to us and were told to just deal with them and leave it as the process was started. Now missing out onto my favorite time of year for camping with no support from the dealership that sold us a defective camper. A $27,000 investment sitting in a shop. I will never work with Camping World again!
- SBSusanne BaileyOct 10, 20251.0We had a horrible experience purchasing our brand new 5th wheel at Camping World in Harrisburg, PA… We agreed on a price and I was asked for a deposit; I informed Justin that I told our salesman Kevin that we were not putting any money down, just using our trade-in, Justin informed me that a deposit was needed to “hold” my camper…. I asked if this deposit on my credit card was being refunded at the time of picking up our camper, Justin said you can use it towards your purchase…. I said no thank you; we want it refunded on my card. I then texted my salesman, Kevin, and made him aware of the situation; Kevin said it would be refunded back on our credit card ….. Well, that was a big fat lie!!! We went to pick up our camper, I was looking over my paperwork and saw $1000 deposit on it and brought it up to the finance guy, Brandon; he went to talk to the manager and I was told that my monthly payment that we agreed on would go up!!! After driving 3 1/2 hours and being told this…so very frustrating DO NOT DEAL with CAMPING WORLD in HARRISBURG!!!!!!

He was very transparent, up front, helpful and also understanding we were not ready to purchase I have seen a lot of mixed reviews about camping worlds but i would recommend trying to get ahold of hunter if you are looking for an honest salesman
