  Alex sold us our Travel trailer, we went in looking for a smaller more expensive one we found online and he showed us a bigger better less expensive one. Purchase was easy smooth and also fun. The whole staff was accommodating friendly and made us feel like real people and valued customers. Thank you to all those at camping world (Harrisburg) for our new toy.

  We had the best experience at Camping World. They took all of our "must haves" and "want to haves" and created a list for us to review all within our price range. Our salesman, Chris Leonzo, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He was not at all pushy or pointing us in one direction over another. From the several different places we looked, we chose to purchase from Camping World because of their knowledge and their desire to put the customer first

  If you are looking for a camper at this location, avoid dealing with Steve Hozella Shady sales tactics whether it’s his fault for trying to get extra commission or the location’s fault for not disclosing and having complete transparency. It’s extremely unprofessional and shady sales tactics to add on Extra After agreeing to a price

  My husband and I live in Asheville NC. We viewed a class C RV online and called for more information. Our sales person was Kyle Renshaw. We spoke with Kyle over the next several days including phone, text and even a video call where he gave us an in-depth examination of the RV. This is a big purchase and since we were several states away this process should have been difficult. However, Kyle made every effort to provide everything we needed to make a safe and informed decision. We could not be happier with Kyle or our RV.

  I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this location. From the sales manager going back on his word for a date to pick up my camper to an outstanding "we owe" document that they have yet to make good on. I have been contacting them for 6 weeks to get an answer on a missing part for my camper. They have made no effort to keep me updated or to figure out a resolution. i have to contact them weekly to make sure i dont need to send more pointless photos because they dont reachout to ask for them. As of December 1st I stopped receiving email responses from the Internal Advisor and have not been able to get anyone on the phone until the 8th of december. that is when the sales manger told me he would get with the general manager and have him call me back later that day. I have recieved no phone call. I've contacted their VIP number who is supposed to resolve issues for customers and have been told on 3 occasions to wait for a phone call back from this branch who I already stated has been ignoring me and not responding to voicemails or emails. Even the VIP department can not get ahold of multiple people in charge of this dealer. As soon as they got my money they stopped caring about me as a customer. I would not recommend doing business with this location or company in general if they can not get this dealer in line.
