There is a very large selection of campers to choose from. Our saleswoman was Naomi and she was very knowledgeable about the campers we looked at. They were able to work out a deal that was acceptable to both parties.

My wife and I were recently shopping to upgrade our current RV. After owning one for several years, we had a list of things we were looking for in a new one. Luke Hertzog was very helpful in narrowing down and showing us all of the RVs that met our requirements. He was very professional and courteous and I would recommend him if you are shopping for an RV.

Naomi Brown in sales did a great job starting the process by tracking RV opportunities and then the entire staff, including GM, did really good work to make a fair deal with a smooth delivery

Wow... Where to begin?
First, our salesman, Dave Kepley, was super nice, attentive, and responsive—he answered all our questions promptly and made the buying process easy. We really appreciated his help.
Now, about the $1,495 Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)... personally, I feel it was a complete waste of my money. Camping World missed several issues, including some I pointed out before pickup. On our second trip with our new Dutchmen, we discovered a kink in the city water line that prevented water flow during our late-night setup. The first trip using tank/pump water went fine, but the 'city water' connection issue should have been caught during their $1,495.00 PDI.
We’re happy with the camper overall and understand that no RV is perfect. We expect to address minor issues as they come up. But honestly, everything we found—especially the water line problem—should have been caught during that expensive inspection. You can probably sense my frustration with their “inspection” process.
The Hamburg facility itself is nicely kept and the staff are friendly. However, I’m not sure Marcus’s “PPP” standards have fully made it there yet.
As for service, I’d personally hesitate to take it back to Hamburg given the misses during the PDI. That said, we love the Dutchmen floorplan and Camping World has a great selection.
Overall, my impression of Camping World isn’t negative—I would recommend them to others—but I would definitely warn them about the PDI process.
That’s all I’ve got!

Ok, I lied ... apparently I've got more. This after their weak and perfunctory response of my review where I mention their ineffective "PDI" 4+ times. They didn't mention it once in their response, and their take away of my review was "...positive experience...", "...smooth and enjoyable.", "...kind words...", "...enjoying..."
They did almost everything a business should do in a response to a review; a) Respond quickly, b) Be professional and polite, and c) Thank them for their feedback. Kudos CW!
Where they failed; d) APOLOGIZE sincerely, e) ACKNOWLEDGE specifics, f) Take the conversation offline, g) OWN THE PROBLEM and offer a solution, h) Personalize the response, and last... i) LEARN from the feedback. That last one I don't believe they'll master.
On certain things, I can be a dog with a bone. I am a believer of OWNING it. Here was MY FAIL fail (my owning it), I didn't 'really' read the content of their sales agreement.
9. (iii) Accordingly, Buyer(s) acknowledge that he/she/they did not rely on Dealer’s skill or judgment at any time during the purchase or delivery of the Unit. << **But I did! I figured for $1,495.00, I'd receive a thorough inspection. Afterall, their shop rate is near $200/hr, so (what?) a 7 hour inspection? Perhaps not, but certainly MORE than what our camper received, and my wallet shelled out for.
10. BUYER(S) UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT DEALER MAKES NO WARRANTY ON THIS UNIT AND THAT ANY PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION OR SERVICE PERFORMED DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OR CREATE ANY DEALER WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. << **So admittedly, I am no Lawyer, but this doesn't give me a warm fuzzy about their PDI. This #10 essentially tells me their "PDI" (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is meaningless.

Terrible experience both times we were there. The sales man, we ended up with the same person both times, had the attitude that it was just a bother to deal with us. We told him upfront we were not buying today, just looking. He wouldn't listen to what we were looking for or needed, he only wanted to know how much we were going to spend. And when we weren't looking for a high dollar camper, you could tell he just didn't want to be bothered, wouldn't even show us any campers. He just would say, "well, the only layouts we have is what's on the floor if you already looked at them, then...." Just flat out refused to show us anything that was outside.
The first time we were there, he had the exact same attitude. Since we weren't buying a high dollar camper that day, he just couldn't be bothered, and was trying to just push us out the door.
Never again!
