  **This review is for RDS Grenadier Service (which should have its own google page).** We recently brought our Grenadier in for our one year maintenance. We also scheduled a recall and computer update to be completed while we were there. We were told beforehand that our appointment would be about a four hour wait time. When we arrived the guy at the service desk also told us that it would be about a four hour wait time which we were okay with because we were aware ahead of time. First, I will say that their waiting area was very clean and orderly, which was good, because we ended up with a 6.5 hours wait time. In addition, when we arrived I ask the guy at the desk to please return my vehicle as you received it. After spending $80k+ on a luxury vehicle I try to keep mine in mint condition. I ask the guy at the desk to please make sure that they do not destroy my interior. After the vehicle was returned I paid my invoice and went outside to find greasy finger prints and grease smear marks all over the exterior. I went back inside to talk to the guy at the desk, but he had disappeared. I eventually found someone else who informed me that they did not have anyone in their detail department today and that they couldn’t do anything about it. I went back out to my vehicle and on the interior I found shoe scrape marks on the plastics around the floor area, as well and those same greasy fingerprints and smear marks all throughout my dash and my interior. In the past I owned a brand new $26k Toyota and even at Toyota Service they would cover the seat with plastic, and put in an additional paper floor mat in order to keep the vehicle clean. At RDS Grenadier, after spending $80k+ on a luxury vehicle, and nearly $1,000 for our one year maintenance, I expected top notch, white glove service. Instead they treated my Grenadier like it was an old used Jeep! Do better RDS Service!

  The purchase was smooth and seamless. Easiest, and most comfortable auto purchase I've made. I usually dread shopping for a new car. Peter did a great job.
