I even had my truck (2024 Mitsubishi Outlander) towed from the dealership ship there a the work was completed in a week. Keep me in the loop with photo updates and phone calls. The team was very professional and accommodating from the initial phone contact to the handling of the business. Liz, the owner and manager, was great ..she explained all details regarding needed repairs ..she went as far as video taping the parts/ area needed for repair. I had experiences where some mechanics take advantage of customers especially females. I had my alternator, power steering pump along with change of valve cover gasket for oil leak replaced, in addition to other work. Reliable auto will be my home for auto repairs. The support team Aisha, Yaileen and Stephanie were the best...great customer service..always polite. The atmosphere reflected a true sense of family not just a business. They always went out of there way to make sure customers were satisfied. They were very accommodating . Most importantly, Liz made every effort to get work done in a timely fashion . Kudos also to the mechanics..I highly recommend Reliable auto for your car repairs.

Very friendly staff and detailed the work needed to be done. It was busy so I ended up waiting a while because they needed to pick up the parts, but all in all a fair price and I felt taken care of. Definitely would recommend!

I was treated with respect and I wasn’t taken advantage of. I was even taken care of more than expected. This is my garage now. I’m glad I found them in an emergency situation, so now I can have them for all my car needs. Great mechanic shop.
