On January 3, 2025, between 2:30-3 pm, I called your shop for a tow truck as my car was stuck in Baden, literally just 3-4 miles away from your location. The person who answered my call hung up on me twice - first, supposedly due to a connection issue, but when I called back and explained my location, they asked a question, didn't clarify when I asked for repetition, and then slammed the phone on me 😡. If someone calls you, it means they need help. Treating customers like this is unacceptable. My advice to the person who handled my call: be human, respond with empathy, and help those in need. I'll be sharing my experience everywhere possible and doing everything I can to ensure your ratings reflect your poor service. You've earned a terrible

THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT TO LOOK AT THE TIRE OR CHANGE THE TIRE. HOW POOR OF AN ESTABLISHMENT TO NOT HELP SOMEONE WITH WHAT YOU ADVERTISE. would NEVER recommend!!! steer clear!!!
