  I brought my 2016 Audi S7 V8T to JTC because I was getting a "transmission malfunction but its Ok to drive" warning periodically while driving. I bought the car in Oct. Of 2023 with 68K miles on it and the transmission warnings began soon afterwards. I did all the basic maintenance including changing the transmission fluid along with both transmission filters but the warnings kept happening. JTC performed a very thorough inspection of the car and identified a few problems. The only transmission fault code identified was an occasional high clutch temperature. This tied into one of the other problems they identified; the coolant was depleted and had debris in it. They recommended a coolant flush to "fix" the transmission and they were correct. The car has been driven several hundred miles now with no warnings. The control arms are a known wear item on this model car and were identified as needing replacement. I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car because of things like that. JTC took my warranty information and went to bat for me dealing with the warranty company directly. JTC emailed pictures of the control arms and allowed the representative from the warranty company to personally, visually, inspect the car while on lift! This saved me not only a headache of dealing with the warranty company but thousands of dollars! JTC Automotive is a very professional, honest and skilled repair shop. And they know Audis. I highly recommend them.

  The guys at JTC were the most thorough and transparent repair shop I have ever dealt with. From the first time I called, to gather information about repairing my 2005 Continental GT, until the day of pickup they communicated to me every step of the way. It appears there is no job they can’t handle. I would highly recommend them for your daily driver and for your exotic vehicle.

  Fantastic service and quality, combined with significantly better price value as compared to German car dealers. We have a BMW 330i and Audi Q7, and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else.

  Jtc treated us as if we’re their customer for years . This was so unexpected and it’s an Audi they worked with us Mike is a Gem. They have options to pay tour service and it worked out for us . Thank you for being so kind so patient

  Recently bought a used VW GTI and had some check engine issues right away, my normal shop did not want to work on German cars and recommended JTC. Jason was really great in communicating the issues and performing a detailed inspection that later uncovered an oil leak that they fixed right away. The inspection even outlined some repairs to have done in the future, that I wasn't aware about. Very happy to have found a shop I can trust rather than taking it to a VW Dealership for service. I will absolutely continue to use JTC!
